In-Home Consults
In-Home Consults are the most effective way to accomplish your goals with you bird. Have us come to your home and provide one-on-one assistance. Before your first in-home visit we will conduct a phone consult and establish a plan to accomplish your goals. During in-home visits, we will give you the knowledge, tools, and guidance to train your bird.
During our In-Home Consults we will teach you how to:
- Stop biting and aggressive behavior
- Decrease screaming
- Address feather plucking
- Use positive reinforcement
- Understand behavior & its causes
- Meet your bird's needs-and yours in return
- Establish trust with your bird
- Understand what your bird is trying to tell you

Phone Behavior Consulting
Over-the-phone behavior consulting is a great alternative if you live too far away for an In-Home Consult, or if you have a simple question that does not require direct observation of your bird.
It is ideal if you are interested in: training your bird just for fun, information about how to give your bird a nutritious diet, or learning how to make a safe emergency/hurricane evacuation kit.
Over the phone behavior consulting would not be the most effective solution for solving complex or long standing behavior problems. This is because there are too many factors that influence these behaviors.
However, after/in between In-Home Consults, we do offer phone or email support free of charge.
